AI transparency · updated October 2026
Where we use AI on this site.
We build artificial intelligence systems for companies, and we use some of them here too. On this page we explain which ones, what they see and who oversees them.
The site's AI features
Three points, all disclosed.
Giuseppe in chat
The assistant at the bottom right. It answers questions about Moneta's solutions and products and helps you book a call.
- What it sees
- What you type in the chat. If you write them, also your name, company and email.
- How to recognise it
- In the chat window you will always find the words "Moneta AI assistant".
Giuseppe by voice
The voice call with Giuseppe from the browser. It starts only when you press the button and give microphone consent.
- What it sees
- Your voice during the call, turned into text so it can reply to you.
- How to recognise it
- Before opening the microphone we explain what happens, and you can end the call whenever you want.
Confirmation message
After you book a call from the Contact page, the thank-you message on screen is written by an AI model.
- What it sees
- The data from the form you filled in.
- How to recognise it
- The message is signed by Giuseppe and marked as automatically generated.
Do not type sensitive data in the chat, such as health information, bank details or third-party data. For confidential matters write to us at info@monetavision.com.
Providers and data
Who processes the data, and for how long.
- Models and providers
- Text and voice are processed by our providers' AI models, through our servers.
- Retention
- Conversations are kept in anonymised form for a limited period, to improve the answers.
- Human review
- Contact requests collected by Giuseppe reach our team, who read them and reply in person.
For full details on how personal data is processed, read the privacy notice
Decisions stay with people
Giuseppe does not make decisions that concern you. Quotes, proposals and commercial replies are prepared and signed by a person on the team.
We always tell you when you are talking to a machine
Giuseppe introduces itself as an AI assistant. It does not pretend to be a person.
It can be wrong
An AI's answers can contain errors. For prices, timing and terms, only what we write to you counts.
Questions
