How we work

The machine works, the person decides.

Our method for bringing AI into a company without leaps in the dark: three clear phases, a cycle that repeats, a person who approves every important step.

The method in a few minutes

The video is hosted on YouTube. By clicking play you load the YouTube player in enhanced privacy mode and accept its terms.

Three phases

Ground, Guide, Govern

Every project goes through the same three phases. At the end of each you know what you have in hand and you decide whether to go on.

  1. 1

    Ground

    Listening and value

We map with you the process that slows the company down. We immediately estimate what solving it is worth: time saved, errors avoided, effect on the balance sheet.

You leave with: a process map and a return estimate

  2. 2

    Guide

    Tailored solution

We design the solution with the people who will use it, on your systems and your data. A working prototype arrives early and the team tries it on real work.

You leave with: a prototype tested by your team

  3. 3

    Govern

    Results and growth

The solution goes into production, connected to your ERP and CRM. We measure results, improve the models and decide the next steps together.

You leave with: a solution in use, measured results

The project cycle

Five steps that loop back on themselves

Within each phase we work in short cycles. The last step leads back to the first: the system improves with every round.

  1. 01

    Listening

We understand the process the way you live it.

  2. 02

    Co-creation

We design the solution with the people who will use it.

  3. 03

    Development

The machine does up to 90% of the heavy lifting.

  4. 04

    Human review

    A person checks and approves.

  5. 05

    Learning

    Every correction improves the system.

Human-in-the-Loop

A person inside the process, always

Human-in-the-Loop means a person is part of the workflow, at the point where decisions are made. We call it Intelligenza Artigianale: AI tailored to your business.

The machine

does up to 90% of the heavy lifting

It reads documents, cross-checks data, prepares drafts, calculates scenarios.

The person

checks and approves

They see what the machine did, where it is unsure, and decide. No important step goes ahead without them.

The system

learns from corrections

Every correction goes back into the model. Next time the proposal is more accurate.

“Up to 90%” is an estimate: it depends on the process and on how tidy the starting data is. We measure it in the Ground phase.

EU AI Act

Every decision leaves a trace

The European Regulation on artificial intelligence requires human oversight, transparency and documentation. In our method they are already part of the project.

01

Decision log

For every result we know which data was used, what the machine proposed and who approved.

02

Human oversight

The person's review is a step of the process, planned from the design stage.

03

Transparency

Whoever uses the system knows when they are working with AI and can see where an answer comes from.

04

Data under control

Read-only access where possible, data handled under the GDPR, technical documentation delivered.

How we work

Five steps, clear costs, you decide.

We always start with a free analysis. After every step you know what you have gained and what the next one costs.

  1. 1

    Free analysis

A 30-minute call. You tell us the idea or the work you want to improve, we tell you whether and how AI can help.

  2. 2

    A clear proposal

One-off and recurring costs in black and white, together with the expected result and how we measure it.

  3. 3

    The person decides

    Pilot on a real process

We try the solution on your real work, with your team. You look at the results and you decide whether to go on.

  4. 4

    Going into production

We connect the solution to your systems and train the people who will use it every day.

  5. 5

    Support and improvement

We measure results, correct and improve. The system learns from your team's corrections.

Typical durations

  • Free analysis30 minutes
  • Pilot15 to 45 days
  • Going into production15 to 45 days
  • From analysis to production3 months at most

Ways of working together

Three ways of working together

You can start with one and add the others when you need them.

01

Turnkey project

A solution built around your process, from analysis to production.

For those with a specific process to automate or to forecast better.

02

Subscription product

A ready product, configured on your data, with a recurring fee.

Titanium to query company data, Sartia for fashion product photos.

03

Part-time Chief AI Officer

Expert guidance on AI in your company, a few days a month, on subscription.

For those who want an AI strategy, AI Act compliance and someone to coordinate suppliers.

Always included

What you do not have to ask for separately

In every way of working together.

  • GDPR

Data processing compliant with the GDPR, with the necessary documentation.

  • Cloud management

Hosting, updates, backups and monitoring of the solution.

  • Documentation

Technical documentation and traceability of decisions, useful for the AI Act too.

  • Training

The people who will use the solution learn to use it and to correct it.

  • One-off and recurring costs stated upfront
  • No change of ERP
  • A person approves every important step

Frequently asked questions

Before you start

How much does the first analysis cost?

Nothing. The analysis call is free and without obligation. At the end we tell you whether we think AI is worth it for your process.

How long does a project last?

It depends on the process and on how tidy the starting data is. The proposal always includes the timings for the pilot and for going into production.

Do I have to change my ERP or CRM?

No. We connect to the systems you already use, read-only where possible.

What happens if the pilot does not work?

You see it in the pilot's numbers, before going into production. At that point you decide whether to correct course or stop.

Who owns the data?

You do. The data stays with your company and we process it only to make the solution work, under the GDPR.

Can I access incentives or grants?

Sometimes. We help with the technical documentation, without promising the outcome. You will find the details on the Incentives page.

Let's talk

The first step is a 30-minute call.

Free and without obligation. You tell us an idea, we tell you what can be done and what it costs.
